when you're building up your body and you start stretching / exercising; it tears it all little ligaments, tendons, carpal metacarpals... when you start to go hard, in your feet will feel broken. Knees, if you haven't built them up. hips you have to work around, stretch and strengthen. of course, your shoulders and your wrists -swing around and around doing wide arc shoulder circles and little ones back and forth loosening, strengthening. (Not locking out legs, smashing knee cartilage w/ weight force momentum; running on your heels) It burns your calves first time, then golden.
