"Without doubt, it would be of greater value to Shareholders to hold the Annual Shareholder Meeting once all or most of the information is announced and already publicly available, allowing us to freely make more detailed presentations and answer any associated questions. Although SAML was already announced and there are several ERT deals in process, there is also lots underway for QIND and ILUS.

Therefore, we expect to hold the in person and online version of our Annual Shareholder Meeting later in the first quarter of this year and we will provide at least 4 weeks’ notice of the meeting to Shareholders. By then, we expect our current progress to be in the public domain, resulting in a meeting which is rewarding for Shareholders to attend when one considers the time and potential travel costs involved.
