Viswamitra interrupted him thus: “Oh, you redoubted champion, that have conquered easily your enemies of sensual objects, which are invincible, except through supreme efforts, drown not yourself in the ocean of delusion full of Ajnana which is befitting only the ever- fluctuating ignorant persons of the world. If you will re veal to me the cause of the delusion, preying upon you like a subterranean cat undermining a good house, then you will be relieved of it, and be also able to attain your longed-for object.
