You have to work all the sugar out of your joints B. The sh*t sugar, high fructo ...turns to bad acid eats into(builds up in hands & feet particularly, sets,..) cause the sharp pain (arthritis) twinks and pops from fried hair ligament tendons (they're like hair cross layer matted fibers stacked opposite on top each other) you have to strengthen and build up. when you workout the bad acids and toxins, you have to flush w/ water. you always have to flush out w/ water. you always have to flush your stomach out with water.

Working out and physical exercise is easy! you just have to start practicing doing things and working into it and your body will adapt and strengthen immediately. its really fun and feels Awesome (like life) beginning overcoming weaknesses, inabilities and obscurity. and it's addictive; adrenaline dopamine endocrine... so you have to balance breaking yourself, switching and changing over when you push too hard for a while for example and you can feel a small injury you've had overtime getting worse, not healing. you will have to cut yourself off like a drug for a time and allow part, body... to heal (alternate; workout, function) or like sometimes when you just burn yourself out and need a break for awhile
